e ideatore della cantina, Walter Darini. Si presenta con una schiuma bianca delicata ed un perlage fine e persistente, al palato è ricco ed intenso.

A spumante bottled in limited quantities using the classical method and signed by the cellar’s owner and founder, Mr. Walter Darini. It shows a delicate white foam, a fine and persistent perlage and a rich and intense taste.
